论西药中药化研究的意义

Abstract This article discusses the study on the Traditional Chinese Medicine version of Western Medicines and explains the shortcut of modemization of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the re- understanding Westem Medicines．The study can promote the combination and unification of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Westem Medicines，recognizes the advantages and disadvantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine, absorbs Westem Medicines into the version of Traditional Chinese Medicine to realize the modemization of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical Science, establishes the combination of the medicines and the symptoms，advocates the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Westem Medicine，and offers the new study strategy to clinical medicine。This study has the practical guidance。

　　所谓西药中药化研究，简言之，就是把西药放到中医药学理论体系内进行研究，使之具备中药的基本内容，从而亦能按中医药学理论使用。中药的基本内容有：（1）药物本身性能的特殊表述，如性味、归经等：（2）药物功效以中医药学术语表述，如滋阴、壮阳、活血化瘀、清热解毒、脾虚泄泻、风寒感冒等：（3）药物配合使用时，各药按中医药学规律，组成一个功效整体，施治于人。如方中药物分君臣佐使关系，又考虑药对、反畏关系等。一个药物具有如上基本内容，则可称中药，能按中医药学理论使用，此类研究的可能性及途径方法，笔者十余年前所写论文《试论西药中药化》（医学与哲学，1982年）、《医药学的未垦地-大脑式论西药的主要中药性能及功效研究》（自然杂志，1983年）曾论及。论文发表后，引起多方关注，陆续有多种具体西药的中药基本内容的研究结果报告，使其现实意义和长远意义、实践意义及理论意义，更加显现出来，现概述如下。
